LOCATION OF APPROVED ATTACHMENTS. RMU hereby authorizes Licensee to attach Communications Facilities to RMU Poles in the locations shown on Exhibit E. All such Attachments shall be made in accordance with the specifications on Exhibit D, and shall be deemed Permitted Attachments. All subsequent Attachments shall be made only upon issuance of a Permit in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
