Communications Facilities definition

Communications Facilities means technology (including without limitation video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities) by which natural persons are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;
Communications Facilities means wire or cable facilities including but not limited to fiber optic, copper and/or coaxial cables or wires utilized to provide Communications Service including any and all associated equipment. Unless otherwise specified by the parties, the term “Communications Facilities” does not includes wireless antennas, receivers or transceivers.
Communications Facilities means the set of equipment and network components, including wires and cables and associ- ated facilities, used by a communications service provider to pro- vide communications service.

  • Licensee further represents and warrants that in the event of breakage, leakage, incineration, or other disaster, its Communications Facilities will not release such Hazardous Substances.

  • Landlord and Tenant intend by this Agreement for Tenant (and persons deriving rights by, through, or under Tenant) to be the sole parties to market, use, or sublease any portion of the Property for Communications Facilities during the Option Period and the Term.

  • The use of Licensee’s Communications Facilities by third-parties (including, but not limited to, leases of dark fiber) that involves no additional Attachment or Overlash is not subject to the provisions of this Section 9.3.
