Common use of Location of Employment and Commuting Clause in Contracts

Location of Employment and Commuting. Executive’s principal office, and principal place of employment, shall be either at the Company’s offices in Utah or Florida. Executive may be required to travel on Company business. Executive may work remotely from Executive’s residence from time to time, provided that the remote working does not interfere with the Executive’s responsibilities under this Agreement and provided Executive cooperates with Company to reasonably minimize any resulting tax and other regulatory compliance burdens resulting; provided that, subject to any health or safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic or other similar extraordinary circumstances, Executive may be required to spend an average of at least 2 days per week in a Company office.
