Common use of Location of Inspections Clause in Contracts

Location of Inspections. The Buyer’s Inspector(s) will be entitled to conduct any such Inspection at the relevant Manufacture Facility of the Seller or the Affiliates and where possible at the Manufacture Facilities of the sub-contractors provided that if access to any part of the Manufacture Facilities where the Airframe manufacture is in progress or materials or parts are stored are restricted for security or confidentiality reasons, the Seller will be allowed reasonable time to make the relevant items available elsewhere.
