Buyer’s Attendance. 8.2.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to elect to attend the Technical Acceptance Process.
8.2.2 If the Buyer elects to attend the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer;
(i) shall co-operate in complying with the reasonable requirements of the Seller with the intention of completing the Technical Acceptance Process within *** business days after its commencement;
(ii) may have a maximum of *** of the Buyer’s representatives (with no more than *** such representatives having access to the cockpit at any one time) accompany the Seller’s representatives on a technical acceptance flight and during such flight the Buyer’s representatives shall comply with the instructions of the Seller’s representatives.
8.2.3 If the Buyer does not attend and/or fails to co-operate in the Technical Acceptance Process, the Seller shall be entitled to complete the Technical Acceptance Process and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Technical Acceptance Process.
Buyer’s Attendance. 8.2.1 The Buyer is entitled to elect to attend the Technical Acceptance Process.
8.2.2 If the Buyer elects to attend the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer:
(i) will comply with the reasonable requirements of the Seller, with the intention of completing the Technical Acceptance Process within ***** after its commencement, and
(ii) may have a ***** of its representatives (no more than ***** of whom will have access to the cockpit at any one time) accompany the Seller’s representatives on the Technical Acceptance Flight, during which the Buyer’s representatives will comply with the instructions of the Seller’s representatives.
8.2.3 If, ***** the Buyer does not attend or fails to cooperate reasonably in the Technical Acceptance Process, the Seller will be entitled to complete the Technical Acceptance Process and the Buyer will be deemed to have accepted that the Technical Acceptance Process has been satisfactorily completed, in all respects.
Buyer’s Attendance. 8.2.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to attend the Technical Acceptance Process.
8.2.2 If the Buyer attends the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer;
(i) shall co-operate in complying with the reasonable requirements of the Seller with the intention of completing the Technical Acceptance Process within five (5) Business Days after its commencement;
(ii) may have a maximum of [*] of the Buyer’s representatives (with no more than three (3) such representatives having access to the cockpit at any one time) accompany the Seller’s representatives on the Technical Acceptance flight and during such flight the Buyer’s representatives shall comply with the instructions of the Seller’s representatives.
8.2.3 If, following the Buyer’s receipt of notice pursuant to Clause 9.1.2, the Buyer does not attend [*] and/or fails to reasonably cooperate in the Technical Acceptance Process in respect of an Aircraft, the Seller acting as a reasonable buyer, will be entitled to commence the Technical Acceptance Process and, if Buyer or its designee does not thereafter join the Technical Acceptance Process, complete AVA - A320 Family PA AMENDED AND RESTATED the Technical Acceptance Process in compliance with Clause 8.1 without the Buyer’s participation. Upon [*] completion of the Technical Acceptance Process for such Aircraft [*] the Buyer will be deemed to have accepted that the Technical Acceptance Process has been completed in all respects.
Buyer’s Attendance. 8.2.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to attend the Technical Acceptance Process.
8.2.2 If the Buyer elects to attend the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer:
(i) shall comply with the reasonable requirements of the Seller, with the intention of completing the Technical Acceptance Process [***], and
(ii) may have [***] of its representatives (no more [***] of whom shall have access to the cockpit at any one time) accompany the Seller’s representatives on the Technical Acceptance Flight, during which the Buyer’s representatives shall comply with the instructions of the Seller’s representatives.
8.2.3 If the Buyer does not attend or fails to cooperate in the Technical Acceptance Process, the Seller shall be entitled to complete the Technical Acceptance Process and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted that the Technical Acceptance Process has been satisfactorily completed, in all respects. Buyer’s Attendance. 8.2.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to attend the Technical Acceptance Process and notification of the start of such Technical Acceptance Process shall be done in accordance with Clause 9.1.3.

8.2.2 If any of the Buyers attend the Technical Acceptance Process, each of them
(i) will comply with the reasonable requirements of the Seller, with the intention of completing the Technical Acceptance Process within nine (9) Working Days, and
(ii) may, collectively, have a maximum of four (4) representatives (no more than three (3) of whom will have access to the cockpit at any one time) accompany the Seller's representatives on the technical acceptance flight, during which such Buyers' representatives will comply with the instructions of the Seller's representatives.

8.2.3 If the Buyer does not attend or fails to cooperate in the Technical Acceptance Process, the Seller will be entitled to complete the Technical Acceptance Process in compliance with Clause 8.1 without the Buyer’s attendance, and the Buyer will be deemed to have accepted that the Aircraft is functioning satisfactorily and is in compliance with the Specification, in all respects.
