Common use of Location of Performance Clause in Contracts

Location of Performance. During the Employment Period, the Executive will not be required to perform the duties described in Section 1.2 at any location outside the state of California. IF COMPANY REQUESTS THAT EXECUTIVE TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION THE COMPANY AGREES TO REIMBURSE THE EXECUTIVE FOR ALL REASONABLE COSTS INCURRED IN RELOCATION TO THE NEW LOCATION.
