Each of the Borrowers shall give the Agent written notice of any change in location at which Collateral is or will be kept and each office of the Borrowers at which the records of any of the Borrowers pertaining to Accounts Receivable and contract rights are kept. Except as provided above or as such notice is given, all Collateral owned by the Borrower and each other member of the Borrower Affiliated Group is and shall be kept, and all records of the Borrower and each other member of the Borrower Affiliated Group pertaining to Accounts and contract rights are and shall be kept, at such location as appears on EXHIBIT D hereto.
