Location of Residence. During his employment hereunder, Executive shall not be required to relocate from his Park City, Utah home; however, consistent with Section 2 hereof, Executive shall, in the exercise of his reasonable judgment, spend sufficient time at National Beef's principal business locations in Kansas City, Missouri, and Liberal and Dodge City, Kansas and Salt Lake City, Utah in order to carry out Executive's responsibilities as set forth herein.
Location of Residence. The Employee shall maintain her place of permanent residence within a radius of 17.5 miles of the Village Hall (0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx). The Employee shall reside within such area during her term of employment as Village Manager.
Location of Residence. During the Term, Xxxxxx shall not be required to relocate from his Salt Lake City, Utah home.
