Common use of Location of Roads Easement Areas Clause in Contracts

Location of Roads Easement Areas. The “Roads Easement Areas” shall consist of that portion of the Grantor’s Property used (or dedicated to a homeowners’ association) as “private” roads for the residents in the community on the Grantor’s Property being developed by Grantor. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, until such time as a plat containing such “private” roads is duly approved by Collier County and recorded in the Public Records of Collier County for the Grantor’s Property, the Roads Easement Areas shall mean and consist of those portions of the Grantor’s Property as may be reasonably necessary for access to and for the operation, maintenance and repair of, the Valencia Golf Course (including, without limitation, vehicles, equipment and machinery).
