Location of the Vehicle. If the Borrower is in default, or where BMW becomes aware that the vehicle has been lost or stolen (or where BMW, acting reasonably, forms the view that the vehicle has been lost or stolen), then BMW may, subject to any applicable requirements under laws concerning surveillance devices, monitor the location of the Vehicle, and provide information concerning the location of the Vehicle to its agents or related companies for the purposes of locating and taking possession of the Vehicle.
Location of the Vehicle. The Member must keep the Vehicle:
(a) Under its control and not permanently part with possession; and
(b) Secure against theft or damage while it is not in use. The Member must not permanently remove the Vehicle from the State without notifying GSC in advance.
