SURVEILLANCE DEVICES. WARNING - FEDERAL AND/OR STATE LAWS GOVERN SELLER’SSELLER'S USE OF AUDIO, VIDEO, OR OTHER TYPES OF SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ON THE PROPERTY. RECORDING AND/OR TRANSMITTING AUDIO, VIDEO, OR IMAGES DURING SHOWINGS, OPEN HOUSES, INSPECTIONS, OR OTHER SIMILAR ACTIVITIES MAY RESULT IN A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL AND/OR STATE LAWS. Seller hereby indemnifies and releases Broker, and its listing sales associates, and employees, MLS, and the Birmingham Association of REALTORS from any liability which may result from Seller’sSeller recording or transmitting of audio, video, or images, on the Property. SURVEILLANCE DEVICES. Buyer is advised that a homeowner may use audio, video, or other types of surveillance devices on the property which may allow for remote monitoring or recording. Buyer holds harmless and releases Broker, its licensees, employees, Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service, Inc., and the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® from any liability which may result from the use of such surveillance devices.
SURVEILLANCE DEVICES. Host Members are required to disclose to the Guest, the presence of all surveillance devices on the property whether such devices are operational or not. THIRDHOME prohibits the use of any surveillance devices inside the living areas of the residence within which the Guest Member could reasonably be expected to occupy. In addition, Host Members should ensure that the use of surveillance equipment is consistent with applicable local laws and regulations. Failure to disclose the existence of all surveillance devices to Guest Members could subject the Host Member to forfeiture of Membership, Keys and credits in a Member account.

Broker's services to Buyer are performed in accordance with state and federal law.

  • Video Surveillance Video surveillance has become a valuable resource for the protection of the Employer’s assets and assuring the safety of its employees. This type of surveillance has proven to be a major deterrent to criminals and we will never know how many thefts and robberies have been prevented. Unfortunately, it is sometimes our own employees who are observed committing criminal acts in our stores. Within the confines of the law, the Employer may use video cameras in almost any part of the store. The vast majority of employees have no need to be concerned and may be assured that common sense and discretion will prevail in choosing who is allowed access to any monitoring equipment or video tapes.

  • Surveillance The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action.

  • Electronic Surveillance The primary purpose of electronic surveillance is to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all educators, students and visitors to District property and to safeguard District facilities and equipment. As such, the District and the Association agree:

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the End User’s customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
