Location of Real Property The Perfection Certificate lists correctly, in all material respects, as of the Closing Date all Material Real Property owned by the Borrower and the Subsidiary Loan Parties and the addresses thereof. As of the Closing Date, the Borrower and the Subsidiary Loan Parties own in fee all the Real Property set forth as being owned by them in the Perfection Certificate except to the extent set forth therein.
Place of Business; Location of Collateral The address set forth in the heading to this Agreement is Borrower's chief executive office. In addition, Borrower has places of business and Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on the Schedule. Borrower will give Silicon at least 30 days prior written notice before opening any additional place of business, changing its chief executive office, or moving any of the Collateral to a location other than Borrower's Address or one of the locations set forth on the Schedule.
Location of Equipment The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.
Location of Office The Company shall make available to Executive an office and support services at the Company’s headquarters in Dallas/Plano, Texas area. Executive’s main office shall be at such location.
Location of Inventory and Equipment The Inventory and Equipment are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party (without Foothill's prior written consent) and are located only at the locations identified on Schedule 6.12 or otherwise permitted by Section 6.12.
Location of Inventory Except as set forth in Schedule 4.25, the Inventory of Borrowers and their Subsidiaries is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 4.25 to this Agreement (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).
Change of Name or Location Merchant will not conduct Merchant’s businesses under any name other than as disclosed to the Processor and FUNDER, nor shall Merchant change any of its places of business without prior written consent by FUNDER.
Location of Bank Accounts Schedule 6.01(v) sets forth a complete and accurate list as of the Effective Date of all deposit, checking and other bank accounts, all securities and other accounts maintained with any broker dealer and all other similar accounts maintained by each Loan Party, together with a description thereof (i.e., the bank or broker dealer at which such deposit or other account is maintained and the account number and the purpose thereof).
Location of accounts Each Borrower shall promptly:
(a) comply with any requirement of the Agent as to the location or re-location of the Accounts (or any of them); and
(b) execute any documents which the Agent specifies to create or maintain in favour of the Security Trustee a Security Interest over (and/or rights of set-off, consolidation or other rights in relation to) the Accounts.
Name and Place of Business Other than previously disclosed in writing to you I have not changed my name or principal place of business within the last 10 years and have not used any other trade or fictitious name. Without your prior written consent, I do not and will not use any other name and will preserve my existing name, trade names and franchises.
