Common use of Location of Work Clause in Contracts

Location of Work. ITX personnel may perform the Services at any location that does not negatively affect the quality of the work output. When necessary, ITX will perform the Services at a location designated by CLIENT (“Designated Location”), and CLIENT shall be responsible for providing access to any required facilities, workspaces or other items necessary for ITX to perform the Services at the Designated Location. CLIENT will reimburse ITX for any and all costs and travel expenses incurred by ITX personnel in performing the Services at a Designated Location.

Location of Work. ITX personnel may perform the Authorized Services at any location that does not negatively affect the quality of the work output. When necessary, ITX will perform the Authorized Services at a location designated by CLIENT Client (“Designated Location”), and CLIENT Client shall be responsible for providing access to any required facilities, workspaces or other items necessary for ITX to perform the Authorized Services at the Designated Location. CLIENT Client will reimburse ITX for any and all costs and travel expenses incurred by ITX personnel in performing the Authorized Services at a Designated Location.

ITX personnel employees assigned to the projects of client may perform the Services their duties at any satisfactory location that does not negatively affect the quality of the work output. When necessary, ITX work will perform be performed at the Services at a location designated by CLIENT (“Designated Location”)CLIENT, and CLIENT shall be responsible for providing access to any required facilities, workspaces facilities or other items necessary for ITX to perform the Services at the Designated Location. CLIENT will reimburse ITX for any and all costs and travel expenses incurred by ITX personnel in performing the Services at a Designated Locationworkspaces.
