Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.
Service Jointly Provisioned with an Independent Company or Competitive Local Exchange Company Areas 4.5.1 BellSouth will in some instances provision resold services in accordance with the General Subscriber Services Tariff and Private Line Tariffs jointly with an Independent Company or other Competitive Local Exchange Carrier.
Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
Mentoring Program It is recognized that the induction of new teachers through a formalized mentoring program will help to promote excellence in teaching and improve student achievement. The focus of this program will be to build a supportive environment for new teachers within the context of school improvement. Veteran teachers may be asked or encouraged to mentor a new staff member but will not be required to do so. Mentors will be compensated for this work N. Moving Classrooms: Employees who are asked to change classrooms or offices will be provided the assistance of district personnel in moving boxes and/or large items.
Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services. Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.
Termination in the Event of Financial Difficulties If the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver the Funder will consult with the Director before determining whether this Agreement will be terminated. If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.
Data Disposition When the contracted work has been completed or when the Data is no longer needed, except as noted above in Section 5.b, Data shall be returned to DSHS or destroyed. Meteorological Data Reporting Requirement (Applicable to wind generation facilities only) The wind generation facility shall, at a minimum, be required to provide the Transmission Provider with site-specific meteorological data including: • Temperature (degrees Fahrenheit) • Wind speed (meters/second) • Wind direction (degrees from True North) • Atmosphere pressure (hectopascals) • Forced outage data (wind turbine and MW unavailability)
Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
