Logistic and Operation Support for At. Sea Monitor Deployment 27 The contractor shall provide complete logistical and operational support to At‐Sea Monitors 28 throughout their employment. The contractor’s approach to supporting At‐Sea Monitors shall 29 be detailed in the proposal. 30 C.4.3.2. Training and Xxxxxxxxxxx 00 Xxxxxxxxxx 00, XX Bulletin 103, provides policy and guidance on training for non‐government 32 employees. At least 95% of new At‐Sea Monitor recruits are expected to pass the required 33 training course (Section J, Attachment 12, ASM Training Standards) and the required physical 34 examination (Section J, Attachment 5, Physical Standards & Acknowledgement of Risk). 35 Training costs are reimbursable and are intended to include all costs associated with At‐Sea 36 Monitor training (both initial training and refresher trainings), including, but not limited to, 37 salary during the training period, per diem (meals & reimbursements and lodging), 38 miscellaneous equipment for use during training (as authorized or requested by the 1 Government – Section B Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs Training CLINS 0003, 1003 and 2 2003).
