London agent Clause Samples

A "London agent" clause designates a specific agent or representative based in London to act on behalf of a party in relation to the contract. Typically, this agent is authorized to receive notices, service of process, or other communications required under the agreement, ensuring that all formal correspondence is handled efficiently within the UK jurisdiction. By appointing a London agent, parties—especially those based outside the UK—facilitate smooth legal and administrative processes, reducing the risk of missed communications and ensuring compliance with local procedural requirements.
