Construction Contractor shall review the Project design for the purpose of identifying long lead procurement items (machinery, equipment, materials and supplies) and consult with Design Professional concerning same. When each item is identified, Construction Contractor shall notify the subcontractors, Owner and Design Professional of the required procurement and schedule. Such information shall be included in the bid documents and made a part of all affected subcontracts. Construction Contractor shall keep itself informed of the progress of the respective subcontractors or suppliers, manufacturing or fabricating such items, and promptly advise Owner and Design Professional in writing of any problems or possible delays in delivery.
