Long-Term Disability Plan Coverage. 21.04.1 All Regular and Probationary Faculty Members (full-time and part-time) who have been actively employed for a period in excess of three months shall participate in the long term disability plan. 21.04.2 Lecturers are not eligible for long term disability benefit coverage. 21.04.3 Long term disability coverage will be provided in accordance with the terms and the contract with the insuring company on the following general basis: 21.04.4 The premium cost of salary indemnity coverage shall be borne entirely by the eligible Faculty Member and shall be paid by means of payroll deductions.
