Common use of Long-term supply Clause in Contracts

Long-term supply. 17.1.1 Supplier shall supply Goods corresponding exactly to the technical specifications as set out in the Contract, for a period of thirty (30) years unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, as from the delivery date of the last series equipment of the last order linked to a same Project.

The Supplier shall supply Goods corresponding exactly to ensure that the technical specifications Goods, as set out well as their parts, components and Spare Parts (as the case may be), will remain available and in full compliance with the Contract, Technical Specifications for a period of thirty thirty-five (3035) years unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, as from the date of delivery date of the last series equipment of the last order linked Goods with respect to a same Projectproject. The Supplier shall provide supply, repair, test or support of any Goods, or Spare Parts thereof, during this period of thirty-five (35) years.
