Common use of Long-term supply Clause in Contracts

Long-term supply. 17.6.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods, as well as their parts, components and Spare Parts (as the case may be), will remain available and in full compliance with the Technical Specifications for a period of thirty-five (35) years from the date of delivery of the last Goods with respect to a same project. The Supplier shall provide supply, repair, test or support of any Goods, or Spare Parts thereof, during this period of thirty-five (35) years. 17.6.2. If at any timeduring this period of thirty-five (35) years, the Supplier fails to meet this obligation:

Long-term supply. 17.6.1. The 17.1.1 Supplier shall ensure that supply Goods corresponding exactly to the technical specifications as set out in the Contract, fora period ofthirty (30) years unless otherwiseagreed in the Contract, as from the delivery date of the last series equipment of the last order linked to a same Project. 17.1.2 If at any time during this thirty (30)-year period, Supplier fails to meetthis obligation: 17.1.3 Should Supplier decide to cease manufacture and sale of any of the Goods, as well as their parts, components and Spare Parts it shall so inform Purchaser in writing twelve at least (as the case may be), will remain available and in full compliance with the Technical Specifications for a period of thirty-five (3512) years from the date of delivery of the last Goods with respect months prior to a same project.
