Common use of LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.1. Sprint shall make available Loop Make-Up Information in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information are set forth in Table One to this Agreement. 53.2. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLEC’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.3. Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 53.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.5. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 of this Agreement.

If Sprint Embarq undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 54.3 of this Agreement.

If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.347.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 50.2 of this Agreement.

Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.520.5. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.620.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.120.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.220.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.320.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 of this Agreement.

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.158.1. To the extent technically feasible, CLEC will be given access to Loop Qualification and OSS interfaces that Sprint is providing any other CLEC and/or Sprint or its affiliates. Sprint shall make available this Loop Make-Up Information Qualification in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information Qualification are set forth in Table One Attachment 1 to this Agreement. 53.258.2. Subject to 58.1 above, Sprint’s Loop Qualification will provide response to CLEC queries. Until replaced with automated OSS access, Sprint will provide Loop Qualification access on a manual basis. 58.3. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that it would affect the CLEC’s CLECs ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. Sprint will not refuse to supply information based on the availability of products offered by Sprint. 53.358.4. Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information Qualification based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information Qualification requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 53.458.5. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information Qualification inquiry order will be returned passed back to the CLEC. 53.558.6. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information Qualification information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - – fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up InformationQualification information. 53.658.7. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information Qualification prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.158.7.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.258.7.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information Qualification activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Qualification Charge; and 53.6.358.7.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One Attachment 1 pursuant to Section 57.2 46 of this Agreement.

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.148.1. Sprint Embarq shall make available Loop Make-Up Information in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information are set forth in Table One to this Agreement. 53.248.2. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLEC’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.348.3. Sprint Embarq shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint Embarq LTD network. 53.448.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.548.5. Sprint Embarq may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint Embarq would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - i.e., fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.648.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.148.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.248.6.2. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.348.6.3. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 54.3 of this Agreement.Agreement.‌

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.157.1. To the extent technically feasible, CLEC will be given access to Loop Qualification and OSS interfaces that Sprint is providing any other CLEC and/ or Sprint or its affiliates. Sprint shall make available this Loop Make-Up Information Qualification in a non-discriminatory non -discrimin atory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information Qualification are set forth in Table One 1 to this Agreement. 53.257.2. Subject to §57.1 above, Sprint’s Loop Qualification will provide response to CLEC queries. Until replaced with automated OSS access, Sprint will provide Loop Qualification access on a manual basis. 57.3. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that it would affect the CLEC’s CLECs ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. Sprint will not refuse to supply information based on the availability of products offered by Sprint. 53.357.4. Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information Qualification based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information Qualification requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 53.457.5. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information Qualification inquiry order will be returned passed back to the CLEC. 53.557.6. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information Qualification information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - – fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up InformationQualification information. 53.657.7. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information Qualification prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.157.7.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.257.7.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information Qualification activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Qualification Charge; and 53.6.357.7.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One 1 pursuant to Section 57.2 §45 of this Agreement.

If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.648.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.148.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.248.6.2. If Sprint CenturyLink undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.348.6.3. If Sprint CenturyLink undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 54.3 of this Agreement.

Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Make- Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects AT&T requests to connect to the Sprint LTD network. 53.447.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC.AT&T. 53.547.5. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs AT&T in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC AT&T must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.647.6. If CLEC AT&T does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC AT&T agrees that: 53.6.147.6.1. CLEC AT&T will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.247.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC AT&T will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.347.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC AT&T will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 53.3 of this Agreement.

Sprint Embarq shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC NuVox connects to the Sprint Embarq LTD network. 53.449.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLECNuVox. 53.549.5. Sprint Embarq may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs NuVox in whatever manner Sprint Embarq would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC NuVox must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.649.6. If CLEC NuVox does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC NuVox agrees that: 53.6.149.6.1. CLEC NuVox will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.249.6.2. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC NuVox will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.349.6.3. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC NuVox will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 55.3 of this Agreement.

If Sprint Embarq ILEC undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 54.3 of this Agreement.

LOOP MAKE-UP INFORMATION. 53.18.1. Sprint shall make available Loop Make-Up Information in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity with the data and access it gives itself and other CLECs, including affiliates. The charges for Loop Make-Up Information are set forth in Table One to this Agreement. 53.28.2. Information provided to the CLEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLEC’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.38.3. Sprint shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC connects to the Sprint LTD network. 53.48.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.58.5. Sprint may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.68.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.18.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.28.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.38.6.3. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 53.3 of this Agreement.

Information provided to the CLEC Level 3 will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLECLevel 3’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.347.3. Sprint Embarq shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center Wire Center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC Level 3 connects to the Sprint Embarq LTD network. 53.447.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLECLevel 3 with identification of what specifically is not valid. 53.547.5. Sprint Embarq may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs Level 3 in whatever manner Sprint Embarq would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC Level 3 must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.647.6. If CLEC Level 3 does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC Level 3 agrees that: 53.6.147.6.1. CLEC Level 3 will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.247.6.2. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC Level 3 will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.347.6.3. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC Level 3 will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 53.3 of this Agreement.

Information provided to the CLEC PAETEC will not be filtered or digested in a manner that would affect the CLECPAETEC’s ability to qualify the loop for advanced services. 53.347.3. Sprint CenturyLink shall provide Loop Make-Up Information based on the individual telephone number or address of an end-user in a particular wire center Wire Center or NXX code. Loop Make-Up Information requests will be rejected if the service address is not found within existing serving address information, if the telephone number provided is not a working number or if the POI identified is not a POI where the requesting CLEC PAETEC connects to the Sprint CenturyLink LTD network. 53.447.4. Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLECPAETEC. 53.547.5. Sprint CenturyLink may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs PAETEC in whatever manner Sprint CenturyLink would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC PAETEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.647.6. If CLEC PAETEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC PAETEC agrees that: 53.6.147.6.1. CLEC PAETEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.247.6.2. If Sprint CenturyLink undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC PAETEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.347.6.3. If Sprint CenturyLink undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC PAETEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 53.3 of this Agreement.

If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.645.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.145.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.245.6.2. If Sprint undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.345.7. If Sprint undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 49.3 of this Agreement.

Errors identified in validation of the Loop Make-Up Information inquiry order will be returned to the CLEC. 53.548.5. Sprint Embarq may provide the requested Loop Make-Up Information to the CLECs in whatever manner Sprint Embarq would provide to their own internal personnel, without jeopardizing the integrity of proprietary information (i.e. - i.e., fax, intranet inquiry, document delivery, etc.). If the data is provided via fax, CLEC must provide a unique fax number used solely for the receipt of Loop Make-Up Information. 53.648.6. If CLEC does not order Loop Make-Up Information prior to placing an order for a loop for the purpose of provisioning of an advanced service and the advanced service cannot be successfully implemented on that loop, CLEC agrees that: 53.6.148.6.1. CLEC will be charged a Trouble Isolation Charge to determine the cause of the failure; 53.6.248.6.2. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Loop Make-Up Information activity to determine the reason for such failure, CLEC will be charged a Loop Make-Up Information Charge; and 53.6.348.6.3. If Sprint Embarq undertakes Conditioning activity for a particular loop to provide for the successful installation of advanced services, CLEC will pay applicable conditioning charges as set forth in Table One pursuant to Section 57.2 53.3 of this Agreement.
