LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA;
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE; OR
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. LOSS OF REVENUE OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY;
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. Subject to the provisions of Clauses 16.1 and 16.2, the Council’s liability to the Company or to any other third party with respect to any breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed £5 million.
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. DEPLETION OF GOODWILL AND SIMILAR LOSSES;
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. Loss of or damage to goodwill.
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. The Business agrees that no individual member of the Authority's staff shall have any liability to the Business whether in contract or in tort including negligence arising out of the provision of the Services where that individual honestly believed that the act or omission complained of was within his or her powers or that his or her duties required or entitled him or her to do that act or not to do that act and he or she has acted reasonably and the Business shall not bring any claim against such individual member of the Authority's staff in such circumstances.
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS loss of business opportunity and management time;
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS loss of use or corruption of software, data or information;
