Common use of Loss of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party to minimize the breach, and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the breach and any damage resulting therefrom.

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, ; (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party to minimize the breach, violation; and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the breach violation and any damage resulting therefrom.

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party steps to minimize the breach, violation; and (iii) reasonably cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the breach and any damage resulting therefrom.

In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Partyparty, the receiving Party party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (i) notify the furnishing Party party in writing, ; (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach, violation; and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach violation and any damage resulting therefrom.

In the event of any breach by the recipient Party party of this Section 10.1 11.2 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Partyparty, the receiving Party party shall promptly, at its own expense, (i) notify the furnishing Party party in writing, (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach, and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach and any damage resulting therefrom.

In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Disclosing Party, the receiving Receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (i) notify the furnishing Disclosing Party in writing, ; (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Disclosing Party to minimize the breach, violation; and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Disclosing Party to minimize the breach violation and any damage resulting therefrom.

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any breach by the recipient Party party of this Section 10.1 7 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Partyparty, the receiving Party party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (i) notify the furnishing Party party in writing, ; (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach, ; and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party party to minimize the breach and any damage resulting therefrom.

In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, : (ia) notify the furnishing Party in writing, ; (iib) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party to minimize the breach, adverse impact of the violation; and (iiic) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the breach adverse impact of the violation and any damage resulting therefrom.
