Common use of Loss of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense: (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, (ii) take reasonable steps to minimize the violation; and (iii) reasonably cooperate with the furnishing Party to minimize any damage resulting therefrom.

Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense: (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, ; (ii) take reasonable steps such actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party to minimize the violation; and (iii) reasonably cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the violation and any damage resulting therefrom.

In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, upon becoming aware of such event the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense: (ia) notify the furnishing Party in writing, ; (iib) take reasonable steps to minimize such actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the violation; furnishing Party, and (iii) reasonably otherwise cooperate with the furnishing Party Party, to minimize the adverse effects to the furnishing Party of such event and any damage resulting therefromfrom such event.

In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing PartyParty by the Party to whom such information was disclosed, upon becoming aware of such event the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense: expense (ia) notify the furnishing Party in writing, ; (iib) take reasonable steps to minimize such actions as reasonably requested by the violation; furnishing Party, and (iiic) reasonably otherwise cooperate with the furnishing Party to minimize the adverse effects to the furnishing Party of such event and any damage resulting therefromfrom such event.
