Loss of Licences. Any Licence is in whole or part: (a) terminated, suspended or revoked or does not remain in full force and effect or otherwise expires and is not renewed prior to its expiry (in each case, without replacement by Licence(s) having substantially equivalent effect) in any case in a manner which would or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect; or (b) is modified or is breached in a manner which would or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
