Common use of Loss or Damage to Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Loss or Damage to Personal Property. The loss or damage to personal property of employees is subject to reimbursement. Reimbursement shall be limited to the actual cost to repair damages. Reimbursement for items damaged beyond repair shall be limited to the actual value of the item at the time of loss or damage but not more than the original cost. Reimbursement for loss or damage of personal property shall be in accordance with Administrative Bulletin 518.2 (May 23, 1989).
