LOSS OR THEFT OF CARD. If you notify us of your lost or stolen credit card after discovery, you may not be liable for any losses related to credit transactions. The zero liability will apply provided you promptly notify us and you are not grossly negligent or fraudulent in handling your card; otherwise your liability for unauthorized VISA credit card transactions shall not exceed $50.
