Loss or Theft. 存款人支票及／或取款圖章遺失或被竊時，應依相關規定立即向 貴行辦理掛失止付手續，倘未即時依規定辦理相關手續，存款人應自行負擔一切損失。 In case of loss or theft of any check or chop for withdrawing, the Depositor shall immediately register such loss or theft with the Bank in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The Bank shall not be liable for the Depositor's loss resulting from its late registration of such loss or theft.
