Designated. Paid Holidays - where an employee is granted a designated paid holiday pursuant to Article 17—Paid Holidays, the time off granted will be seven hours per designated paid holiday for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee. Where the scheduled workday exceeds seven hours, the resulting difference shall be included in the work schedules established pursuant to Clause 14.2.
Designated. Record Set means a group of records maintained by or for the Covered Entity that are:
i. The medical records and billing records about individuals maintained by or for a covered health care provider;
ii. The enrollment, payment, claims adjudication, and case or medical management record systems maintained by or for a health plan; or
iii. Records used, in whole or in part, by or for the Covered Entity to make decisions about individuals.

Designated. REPRESENTATIVE
Designated. Record Set shall mean a group of records maintained by or for a covered entity that is: (a) the medical records and billing records about individuals maintained by or for a covered health care provider; (b) the enrollment, payment, claims adjudication, and case or medical management record systems maintained by or for a health plan; or (c) used, in whole or in part, by or for the covered entity to make decisions about individuals. For purposes of this paragraph, the term record means any item, collection, or grouping of information that includes PHI and is maintained, collected, used, or disseminated by or for a covered entity.
Designated. Unit Members shall be credited with pro-rata sick leave as defined in the Sick Leave Article
Designated areas
(1) Where it appears to the Governor that the mining, treatment, processing, sorting, storage or cutting of diamonds is being, or is proposed to be, carried out —
(a) on any land in the State; or
(b) on or within any premises in the State, in the course of operations conducted for the purposes of or incidental to the implementation of the Agreement, the Governor may by Order in Council published in the Gazette declare that land or those premises, as the case may be, to be a designated area for the purposes of this Part.
(2) An Order in Council published under subsection (1) —
(a) declaring land to be a designated area shall define the boundaries of that land;
(b) declaring premises to be a designated area shall describe the boundaries or limits of those premises.
(3) The Governor may by Order in Council published in the Gazette amend or revoke any previous Order in Council published under this section.
(4) An Order in Council published under this section shall take effect on the day of its publication or on such later day as is specified therein.
Designated. Regular Hire employees shall be entitled to the following holidays with pay: 1) The first (1st) day of January; 2) the third (3rd) Monday in January; 3) the third (3rd) Monday in February; 4) the last Monday in May; 5) the fourth (4th) day of July; 6) the first (1st) Monday in September; 7) Veterans’ Day; 8) Thanksgiving Day; 9) the Friday immediately following Thanksgiving Day; 10) December 25; and everyday appointed by the President of the United States or the Governor of the State of California of a public fast, thanksgiving or holiday and approved by the Board of Supervisors. When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Friday preceding a Saturday holiday or the Monday following a Sunday holiday shall be deemed to be a holiday in-lieu-of the day observed. Employees working in twenty-four-hour (24) hour facilities shall observe the holiday on the actual holiday. December 24 and 31 shall be observed as four- (4) hour holidays if those dates fall on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and providing that those two (2) days are not deemed holidays in accordance with the first two (2) paragraphs above. To be eligible for the holiday pay, employees must be in paid status on both the day before and the day after the holiday or work the holiday.
