Loss or Theft. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Cottage Country Internet immediately at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx if any Equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed (including, but not limited to vandalism, fire, and lightning). The Subscriber is responsible to reimburse Cottage Country Internet for the cost of removal and replacement Equipment including all labour charges, fees and other charges incurred as a consequence of loss, theft or destruction of such Equipment.
