Loss Payee. The Contractor shall ensure that all such insurance policies obtained for the Project in terms of this Contract shall be endorsed in the name of the Authority and the Authority, or any other person designated by the Authority, is named as the first loss payee in all insurance contracts effected by the Contractor pursuant to this Article14.
