Lost or Stolen Card; Your Liability for Unauthorized Use. In the event of possible loss, theft or unauthorized use, you agree to notify us immediately. You may be liable for the unauthorized use of any Card issued under this Agreement. If 10 or more Cards are issued pursuant to this Agreement, Company shall be strictly liable for any unauthorized use. If fewer than 10 Cards are issued pursuant to this Agreement, you will not be liable for unauthorized use of the Card which occurs after you notify us orally at 0-000-000-0000 (for TTY call 0-000-000-0000) or in writing at BankCard Center, PO Box 2078 Omaha, NE 68103-2078, of loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use, and your liability for unauthorized use of the Card will not exceed $50.00 per Card for use of a Card by anyone other than an Employee prior to notice to us. However, a Card in the possession and control of an Employee, even after his or her authority to use the Card has been revoked by you, is not considered lost or stolen, and its use by such Employee is not unauthorized. You must recover the Card from the Employee. You agree to assist us in determining the facts and circumstances relating to any unauthorized use of a Card.

Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You may be liable for the unauthorized use of your Card as a credit card. You will not be liable for unauthorized use of your Card as a credit card which occurs after you notify us at the telephone number or address stated in paragraph 17, orally or in writing, of loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use. In any case, your liability for unauthorized use of your Card as a credit card will not exceed $50.00.
