Your Card. Your card is a reloadable prepaid card and you can load multiple currencies on one card. When we use the word “card”, we mean any plastic card (or cards) or any alternative to a plastic card, such as a virtual card, or any other device such as a wristband that we provide you with to make transactions.

Your Card. You can use your Card to withdraw cash, deposit money, transfer money and pay for goods and services where your Card is accepted as a means of payment. Your Card expires on the date shown on the Card. When your credit card facility agreement ends or your Account to which your debit card is linked is closed, you agree to destroy the Card by cutting it up. See below the risks to you of someone using your Card, including one that you fail to destroy.
Your Card. With your account we’ll provide you with a card (or cards) to use. By the word ‘card’, we mean any credit card (or cards) or any alternative to a credit card (such as cheques) that we provide you or any additional cardholder with to make transactions under this agreement. We tell you more about your card in the ‘Using your account’ section of this agreement.
Your Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card allows you to access funds loaded or deposited to your Card Account by you or on your behalf. The funds in your Card Account will be FDIC-insured once we have been able to verify your identity. You may access the funds in your Card Account by using your Card, Card Number, or by automated clearinghouse (ACH) debit using your Account Number. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not a gift card, nor is it intended for gifting purposes. You will not receive any interest on your funds on the Card. The funds in your Card Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date on the front of your Card. However, an Inactivity Fee may apply after 6 months of non-activity, refer toSchedule of Fees and Charges” for fee details.
Your Card. The Card is a prepaid, stored value card. This means that there is no separate deposit account established for you that is associated with the Card. There is a limited purpose prepaid account in which the funds that are stored on the Card are maintained. You have no rights in those funds, except to access the funds through the Card in accordance with this Agreement. You may not make any deposit, withdrawal or any other transaction with the Card or the prepaid account, except for the Card transactions described in this Agreement. The account in which the prepaid funds are deposited is FDIC-insured to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your Card. Starting off 2.1 We issue your Card to you so you can use it for Transactions on the Account. 2.2 Once you receive your Card, you must sign it immediately, otherwise it is not valid. Before you use your Card, we may ask you to activate it. If required, we will send you details on how to do this with the Card. 2.3 We supply a personal identification number (PIN) which is particular to your Card. Please see the ‘Keeping your Card safe and secure’ section for more information. 2.4 The Card remains our property at all times. As a result there may be some circumstances where we have to suspend, cancel, recall or retain it. We won’t do so unless we decide it is necessary. Using your Card 2.5 You must use your Card in the way set out in this Agreement. 2.6 You can use your Card up to a certain number of times a day. We call this a Transaction limit. There is also a daily limit, meaning your Card can be used to make payments up to a certain combined value every day. You can find out more about these limits by contacting us. They are subject to change and we won’t always be able to confirm the limit due to security reasons. You can also contact us to agree spending limits for using your Card online, subject to our Transaction and daily limits. 2.7 Depending on the way you use your Card, there may be other limits beyond our control. For example, certain cash machines may have their own limits attached, which could be more or less than the daily limit on your Card. 2.8 Transactions are generally processed within 3-5 Business Days of using your Card. This timeframe may be shorter or longer depending on how or where your Card is used. It may also depend on factors outside our control. 2.9 Your Card can be used abroad. It may be accepted at locations displaying a symbol that matches the one on your Card. There may be different limits and local regulations that govern its use, which are beyond our control. 2.10 If you are refunded by a third party, such as a Merchant, in respect of a Transaction, we will credit you the relevant amount once that third party has processed the refund with us. If it was a non-euro Transaction, the amount refunded may differ to the original amount spent, once fees and charges have been deducted. Please see the ‘Fees and charges’ section for further information. 2.11 If you are a Consumer, your Card may not be used for business or commercial purposes. If you are not a Consumer, your Card may only be used for business or commercial purposes. 2....
Your Card. The Card is subject to all of the terms of this Agreement. The Card is non-transferable and may be used only by the Cardholder or an Authorized User. THE CARD IS NOT A CREDIT CARD. NO INTEREST IS, OR WILL BE, PAID ON THE BALANCE OF THE CARD ACCOUNT OR ANY SUB-ACCOUNT. DEPENDENT UPON THE DEPOSIT METHOD(S) YOU CHOOSE, FEES MAY BE IMPOSED IN CONNECTION WITH DEPOSITS. YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL FEES CHARGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT. Each Card issued Using Your Card. After you receive your Card you may use it to purchase goods and services everywhere debit MasterCard Cards are accepted and to access cash at ATMs of financial institutions displaying the MasterCard Acceptance Mark. Each time you use the Card to purchase goods or services, you authorize us to charge the amount against your Card’s available value.

Your Card. 3.1 We may replace your card and change your account details at any time. 3.2 Cards may only be used by the person named on them. Cardholders must sign their card as soon as they receive it and follow any reasonable instructions we give about using your card, card details, passwords and keeping them safe. You and any additional cardholder must not give your card or card details to anyone else. 3.3 Your card will be valid until the expiry date noted on the front of the card, unless this agreement ends before then, or we suspend or terminate your card in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Cardholders must only use their card or card details whilst your card is valid. 3.4 If a cardholder does not use a card for a period (determined at our reasonable discretion) or no longer meets our lending criteria, we may choose not to issue a replacement when it expires. 3.5 Your card remains our property and can be recalled by us at any time. 3.6 We will not be liable if any shop or other outlet refuses to accept your card for any reason.
Your Card. 2.1 Your Card is an e-money prepaid multi-currency card. It is not a credit, charge or debit card. 2.2 Your Card has been issued by First Rate Exchange Services Limited, pursuant to licence from Mastercard. Your rights and obligations relating to the use of this Card are subject to this Agreement between you and us; you have no rights against Mastercard or their respective affiliates. If you experience any difficulties in using the Card you should contact Customer Services. The e-money held in your Verified Account is provided to you by us, and is denominated in US Dollars, Euros, Australian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Canadian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, South African Rand, Turkish Lira, United Arab Emirati Dirham, Thai Baht, Polish Zloty, Czech Koruna, Japanese Yen, Hungarian Forint, Norwegian Krone, Danish Kroner, Swedish Kronor, Chinese Yuan, Hong Kong Dollar, Saudi Riyal, Singapore Dollar or Pounds Sterling (or a combination as loaded by you). The Card remains the property of First Rate Exchange Services Ltd. 2.3 These Terms and Conditions are written and available in English and we undertake to communicate with you in English regarding any aspect of your Card, or Account. 2.4 Any transactions on the Card will be executed and recorded in the currency of the transaction where that currency is supported (see section 2.2 for a list of supported currencies). Where the currency of the transaction is not supported, the transaction will be recorded and settled against Pounds Sterling.
Your Card. 15.1 You should protect your Card as you may be liable for any unauthorised use of your Card. You must: (a) Sign your Card with your usual signature as soon as you receive it; (b) Keep it in a safe place; (c) Not give your Card to anyone else or let anyone else use your Card (including friends and family); and (d) Not disclose your PIN to anyone else (including friends, family, the police or our staff). 15.2 Once activated, your Card can be used until the expiry date shown on the Card unless we cancel it earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the Disclosure Statement. Unless you cancel your Card at least one month before expiry date, we may issue you with a new Card (we will not issue a replacement Card if your Credit Limit has been exceeded or your Finance Now Card Facility is in arrears). You must not use your Card in an EFTPOS Terminal or ATM if you have not activated it or if it has expired. You must destroy your Card (by cutting it in half across the magnetic strip) once it has expired. 15.3 Our parent, Southland Building Society, is the legal issuer of the Card, but these Terms and Conditions (and the Disclosure Statement) govern your use of the Card and your Finance Now Card Facility. Southland Building Society shall not be liable for any costs, losses or damages incurred or suffered by you relating to the use of your Card, and all dealings in relation to your Finance Now Card Facility and Card will be with Finance Now. 15.4 Your Card remains our property. It must not be copied or reproduced and may be recovered by us. You must return your Card or destroy it (by cutting it in half across the magnetic strip) if requested by us. 15.5 We may refuse to process any transaction initiated through your Card if: (a) We have not received all information and documents from you that we require; (b) Your purchase or cash withdrawal would result in your Finance Now Card Facility exceeding your Credit Limit; (c) You are in default under these Terms and Conditions or the Disclosure Statement; (d) Your Card has been reported lost or stolen or has been cancelled or has expired (and we have not issued you a new Card); (e) We become aware of a change in your credit position which, in our opinion, is adverse to our interests; (f) You change your address and/or contact details and do not immediately inform us of your new address and/or contact details; or (g) We believe in our sole discretion that it is necessary to protect our legitimate business inter...
