Unauthorized use of the Card means the use of the Card by someone other than you who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which you receive no benefit.

Regardless of whether the Key Account Holder designates this Account as a Parent Pay or a Dependent Pay Account, you agree that the cardholder to whom we send the official periodic statement for this Account is the person responsible for remitting this Account’s required payment to us by the “Payment Due Date” shown on the official periodic statement. Each Joint Applicant, however, is liable to us for all charges made to the Account. If this is a Joint Account, please refer to the Joint Applicant Liability section below.

The Key Account Holder may designate that a separate courtesy Account statement be sent to certain other “Parent Pay” or “Key Pay” Dependent Account cardholders. If this Account is designated as a “Dependent Pay” Account, then we will send the official periodic statement to the Joint Applicant (or, if there is more than one Joint Applicant, to the Joint Applicant designated by the Key Account Holder) and the designated Joint Applicant will be responsible for remitting payments. In such event, the Key Account Holder’s periodic statement will only include Account balance, status, and payment information for the Dependent Pay Account. Regardless of whether they Key Account Holder designates this Account as Parent Pay or Key Pay Account or as a Dependent Pay Account, you agree that the cardholder to whom we send the official periodic statement for this Account is the person responsible for remitting this Account’s required payment to us by the “Payment Due Date” shown on the official periodic statement. Related to Unauthorized use of the Card

  • Unauthorized Use means either of the following:

  • Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.

  • Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other software routines or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to disable, erase, or otherwise harm Software, hardware or data.

  • Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

  • Unauthorized Third Party means any person or entity that, at the time of the Computer Fraud, is not an Authorized User.

  • Unauthorized signature means one made without actual, implied, or apparent authority and includes a forgery.

  • Unauthorized disclosure or "unauthorized release" means any disclosure or release not permitted by federal or state statute or regulation, any lawful contract or written agreement, or that does not respond to a lawful order of a court or tribunal or other lawful order.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Named Users means any combination of users licensed under this Agreement.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
