Low Income Household. A household whose income does not exceed the low income limits applicable to Napa County, as published and periodically updated by HCD pursuant to Section 50079.5 of the California Health and Safety Code, or successor provision, with adjustments for household size.

Low Income Household. Low Income Household shall mean a person or household whose annual income does not exceed sixty percent (60%) of area median income adjusted for family size based on guidelines published by HUD and used by CITY.
Low Income Household a Household whose combined annual gross income from all sources is no more than 80% of AMI.
Low Income Household. A Low Income Household is a household whose income is at or below 50% of area median income (AMI), as determined and published by HUD on an annual basis, for the area in which a REDI project is located.
Low Income Household. If, upon recertification of a Tenant's income the Borrower determines that a former Very Low Income Household or Low Income Household's income has increased and exceeds the qualifying income for Low Income Households (above eighty percent (80%) of AMI), the Tenant may continue to occupy the Unit. Upon expiration of the Tenant's Lease for such year, the Borrower shall: (1) Subject to Section 6.18, with 60 days' advance written notice, increase such Tenant's Rent to the lesser of (i) one-twelfth (1/12th) of thirty percent (30%) of the actual Adjusted Income of the Tenant, and (ii) the fair market rent (subject to 24 C.F.R. 92.252(i)(2) regarding low income housing tax credit requirements); and
Low Income Household. The term “Low-Income Household” means a household whose income meets the standards defined in Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations Section 6932, and by Health and Safety Code section 50079.5. The maximum household income amount for Low Income Households shall be the amount published by the California Department of Housing and Community Development for a household of an appropriate size for the Inclusionary Unit and is set forth in Attachment I of the Regulations.
Low Income Household. The words “Low Income Household” shall mean persons and families whose income does not exceed eighty percent (80%) of the then-current area median income of the County of Contra Costa adjusted for family size by the State Department of Housing and Community Development in accordance with adjustment factors adopted and amended from time to time by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, and Health and Safety Code Section 50093, as this section may hereafter be amended from time-to- time by the State of California. In no event, however, shall the stated threshold for a Low Income Household be, for purposes of this Agreement, less than eighty percent (80%) of the then-current area median income of the County of Contra Costa.
