Low Income Rent. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.3 below, the Rent paid by Tenants may not exceed the HOME program “High HOME” Rent.
Low Income Rent. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.3 below, the maximum Rent (including utility allowance) charged to Tenants of the Low Income Units shall not exceed one-twelfth (1/12) of thirty percent (30%) of sixty percent (60%) of Area Median Income, adjusted for Assumed Household Size.
