HOME Program definition

HOME Program means the HOME Investment Partnership Program set forth in the HOME Investment Part- nerships Act under title II of the Cran- ston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 12701 et seq.;

More Definitions of HOME Program

HOME Program means the federal affordable housing program created under Title II of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx National Affordable Housing Act, Pub. L. 101 – 625, as the same may be amended from time to time.
HOME Program means a procedure established by the City and County for the use of funds made available from HUD through the Act to carry out multi-year housing strategies through assistance to first-time homebuyers and existing homeowners, property acquisition, improvements, tenant-based rental assistance, demolition, relocation expenses and other reasonable and necessary expenses related to the development of affordable housing for persons of low-income.
HOME Program means a program operated by the City to assist the provision of affordable housing in conformance with the HOME Regulations.
