Low-Risk Insurance Requirement. 6.2.1. Agency further agrees, pursuant to the hold harmless agreement above, to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for personal injury and/or property damage, during the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
6.2.2. Agency shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the Agency’s general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
Low-Risk Insurance Requirement. 5.2.1. Academic Chess further agrees, pursuant to the hold harmless agreement above, to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for personal injuryand/orproperty damage, during the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
5.2.2. Academic Chess shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the Academic Chess's general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
Low-Risk Insurance Requirement. 5.2.1. Art Explorers(STEAM4Kidz, LLC) further agrees, pursuant to the hold harmless agreement above, to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for personal injury and/or property damage, during the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
5.2.2. Art Explorers (STEAM4Kidz, LLC) shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the Art Explorers (STEAM4Kidz, LLC) general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
Low-Risk Insurance Requirement. 5.2.1. Cottage further agrees, pursuant to the hold harmless agreement above, to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate for personal injury and/or property damage, during the entire term of this MOU.
5.2.2. Cottage shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on Cottage Health’s general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this MOU.
Low-Risk Insurance Requirement. 6.1.1. SBTLC agrees to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than
6.1.2. Upon request once annually, Agency shall provide Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD) a copy of Agency’s insurance policy evidencing the required coverage herein this Agreement/MOU.

6.2.2. AMI shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the AMI general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.

AtoZ further agrees, pursuant to the hold harmless agreement above, to procure and maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for personal injury and/or property damage, during the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.

AtoZ shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the AtoZ's general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of Docusign Envelope ID: DB0BF906-111 F-4986-A054-FEB3587AABCB this Agreement/MOU.

6.2.2. GES shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the GES’s general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.

INDIGO KIDS YOGA, LLC shall include the Santa Xxxxxxx Unified School District (SBUSD), its Board of Trustees, officers, and employees as additional insured on the INDIGO KIDS YOGA, LLC’S general liability and professional liability insurance policies for the entire term of this Agreement/MOU.
