Term of this MOU. This MOU shall be in effect for any institution for the period commencing from the effective date established pursuant to Section 11 until July 30, 2015. Any participant (s) listed as a party to this MOU may terminate its participation by delivering written notice of its intent to terminate said participation to the other party(s). However, termination by any participant(s) listed as a party will have no force or effect on the rights and responsibilities as to the remaining participants.
Term of this MOU a) Commencement - This MOU will commence on the date of execution and subject to clause 6, will continue until by mutual agreement it is dissolved.
b) Review - The Parties agree to review the operation of this MOU no less than annually, to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and address any matters of concern.
c) Variation - Any variation to this MOU must be in writing and signed by all parties.
Term of this MOU. 13.1. This MOU shall commence upon full execution and continue through June 30, 2025.
13.2. In the event EWU’s authority to perform any of its duties in this MOU is withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way after the commencement of this MOU and prior to the end of the term, EWU may terminate this MOU at the end of fall semester by giving the School District seven (7) calendar days written notice. No penalty shall accrue to EWU nor shall the School District be entitled to any damages in the event this section is exercised.
Term of this MOU.
4.1 This MOU commences on the date it is signed by the last party and continues unless it is terminated in accordance with clause 12.1.
Term of this MOU. The provisions of this MOU will end: (i) on December 31, 2010; or (ii) when Cooperating Partners sign a new MOU that specifically covers ongoing coordination of the IRWMP process.
Term of this MOU. This MOU shall be effective from the date first shown on page one of this MOU (the “Effective Date”), provided that the MOU is approved by the governing bodies of District and SSU, through the end of Spring 2019 according to District’s calendar (the “Term”). Both parties shall meet for a review of this MOU at the end of the Term.
Term of this MOU. 1. The present MoU is valid for four years.
2. This MoU can be reviewed at the request of either party and varied by mutual agreement.
3. This MoU can be terminated by either party subject to six months’ notice
Term of this MOU. 1.1 The Parties agree that this MOU will commence on 1 July 2020 and run until the earlier of either:
1.1.1 the completion of the final Project; or
1.1.2 termination in accordance with clause 10 of this MOU.
Term of this MOU. 3.1 This MOU is valid for a period commencing on the date of execution and ending at the expiration of:
3.1.1 the initial term being a term commencing on the date of execution and expiring at midnight on the day immediately preceding the fifth anniversary of the date of execution; or
3.1.2 any extension of the initial term agreed in writing between the Parties, unless terminated by a Party in accordance with clause 11 of this MOU.
3.2 The Parties acknowledge that changes to relevant legislation and/or recommendations made by the Coroner’s Court as to the prevention, control and suppression of fires and for the handling of emergency situations may occur which impact on this MOU and the Parties agree to review the terms of this MOU in such event.
3.3 Irrespective of the provisions of clause 3.2 of this MOU the Parties agree to review the terms and the operation of this MOU within three (3) calendar months of the second anniversary of the date of execution.
Term of this MOU. 3.1.1. This MOU commences on the Commencement Date and remains in force indefinitely.
3.1.2. A review may be undertaken at any time as agreed by all Parties of this MOU.
