LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. If, at any time during the progress of the work under this purchase order, Buyer determines that any lower-tier supplier’s performance is unacceptable for any reason, Buyer will notify the Supplier accordingly. The Supplier shall then take immediate steps to address the unsatisfactory performance up to and including termination of the lower-tier purchase order.
