Loyalty and Efficiency Clause. It is the policy of the Union to encourage all members and other employees to render loyal and efficient service to the Company. The Union is contracted to do all overtime work in the same manner as straight time work. An employee is required to work overtime hours when requested unless he has a justifiable reason to excuse himself from doing so.
