LTPIP and AIP Benefits. EXECUTIVE shall be entitled to payment of benefits under the Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan and the Annual Incentive Plan, which shall be deemed to have accrued as of the end of the Vacation Benefit Period. However, EXECUTIVE shall not be entitled to participate in the Company's Annual Incentive Plan or Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan after the Vacation Benefit Period.
