Performance Incentive Plan definition

Performance Incentive Plan means the Company’s 2008 Performance Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.

Performance Incentive Plan means the 2016 LSC Communications, Inc. Performance Incentive Plan, to be adopted by the LSC Board and stockholders of LSC prior to the Distribution Date.
