Common use of Lump Sums Clause in Contracts

Lump Sums. A lump sum in lieu of a wage increase will be paid to all active employees at a mutually agreed date between the employee and employer after June 10, 2012, in the amount of five hundred ($500.00) dollars and again at a mutually agreed date between the employee and employer after June 2, 2013. Payments shall be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on pay advice slips that are separate and apart from their normal earnings. Employees May elect to direct such payment to a RRSP, provided they have provided the employer with the appropriate information to make such payment. Schedule "B" MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING‌ CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES
