LUNCH PERIOD DEFINITION. Every member who works more than five (5) consecutive hours in any school day shall be entitled to a continuous, duty-free lunch or eating period of thirty (30) minutes duration, as prescribed in RSA Chapters 298 and 275:30a. The members are free to leave the school building during their lunch; except that nurses may leave during lunch providing alternative emergency care is available.

  • FTE Definition Effective September 1, 2017, part-time teacher FTE will be determined by the ratio of the teacher’s actual annual instructional time to the teacher instructional time of a full-time assignment in the teacher’s school.
