Common use of Lunch Provision Clause in Contracts

Lunch Provision. A. Every unit member shall be provided with a lunch period free of any duty or responsibility each regularly scheduled school day. This lunch period shall extend for at least thirty (30) minutes. B. Unit members may leave school on their duty free lunch periods, but must notify the principal, or designee, prior to leaving the school and use the sign-out sheet.
