GENERAL UNDERSTANDING (1) The courses of instruction to be provided (the “Applied Learning Experience” or “ALE”) will be of such content, and cover such periods of time as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon by the University and the Facility. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.
FULL UNDERSTANDING Executive acknowledges that Executive has been afforded the opportunity to seek legal counsel, that Executive has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement and that Executive, in consideration for the compensation set forth herein, is voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.
