M odification Sample Clauses

M odification. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in a writing signed by both parties hereto, wherein specific reference is made to this Agreement.

M odification. This Agreement may only be modified by a written amendment hereto, executed by both parties; however, matters concerning scope of services which do not affect the compensation may be modified by mutual written consent of Contractor and County executed by the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Director.

M odification. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any provision of this Agreement may be amended and the observance of any provision of this Agreement may be waived (either generally or any particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively) only with the written consent of the party against whom such modification or waiver will be enforced.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that any dates contained in this Agreement (other than in the Notice, once approved by the Court) may be modified by agreement of the Parties without Court approval if the Parties agree. This Settlement may not be discharged except by performance in accordance with its terms or by a writing signed by the Parties.
