Change to the Agreement. 1. Further to a change in the locations and/or number of advertising objects, CCNL reserves the right to alter the specified number of posters and/or other (digital) advertising materials in one or more municipalities and/or buildings.

Change to the Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Spitfire may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by notice in writing to the Customer. The change will take effect on the date set out in the notice. Spitfire will publish details of any change in its registered office at least 2 weeks before the change is to take effect.
Change to the Agreement. 13.1 This Contract may only be changed by a written covenant confirmed by both parties expressly titled “Amendment to the Contract” and numbered by ordering numbers. Any other minutes, protocols etc. shall not be considered to constitute a change to the Contract. An agreement on the entire contents shall be necessary for the validity of amendments to this Contract.
Change to the Agreement. 17.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, Connaught may change the Agreement (including the Service Guarantee) at any time by two weeks notice in writing to the Customer or by publishing details on line at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx and at its main office at least two weeks before the change is to take effect.

You will be notified by one or more methods such as email, SMS, and regular letter delivery. Once the changes are announced in any form, they will take effect and replace the previous relevant content. You should pay attention to changes in our announcements, reminders, and agreement-related content from time to time. If you do not agree to the changes that have taken effect, you should stop using our services from the effective date of the changes, and the changes will not be effective for you; if you continue to use our services after the changes take effect, it is deemed that you agree to the changes that have taken effect.
Change to the Agreement. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event the hirer will be liable for a cancellation fee of £50, or the amount determined by BCC. Regular Users must give advance notice of 7 days if they wish to cancel a booking otherwise, they will be liable to pay the usual fee for that date. BCC reserve the right to cancel this hiring in the event of the Centre being required for use as a Polling Station for a Parliamentary, Local Government election or by-election, or emergency maintenance in which case the Hirer shall be entitled to a refund of any deposit already paid. BCC reserve the right to refuse a booking without notice or to cancel this hiring agreement at any time either before or during the term of the agreement upon giving 7 days’ notice in writing/email to the Hirer. The Hirer shall be entitled to reimbursement of monies already paid to hire the hall, including the deposit in this situation. Technology s Wifi UCC has free wifi which can be used by hirers. Hirers are not to adjust any settings of the Wi-Fi. Use of the television, stereo and DVD player in the main hall is authorised for hirers. Use of the monitor and online conference facilities are authorised for hirers. All equipment must be switched off after use and remote controls returned. Hirers may be liable to cover costs of any damage or missing equipment.
Change to the Agreement. No change made by the Tenant to this lease agreement or these general terms will be acceptable. Specific agreements between the Tenant and the Owner must explicitly be made in writing.
Change to the Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Odyssey Systems may change the Agreement at any time by notice in writing to the Customer if it needs to do so to comply with any law or statutory obligation and will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that any change to the Agreement does not result in any deterioration in either the Services or Equipment or both.
