▼M70. ▼B 1. No customs duty on exports or charge having equivalent effect shall be introduced in trade between the Community and Switzerland. Customs duties on exports and charges having equivalent effect shall be abolished not later than 1 January 1974. 2. In the case of products listed in Annex IV, customs duties on exports and charges having equivalent effect shall be abolished in accordance with the provisions of that Annex.
